At African Pure Organics, customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business. We take pride in delivering 100% natural and high-quality products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Due to the nature of raw shea butter and other natural products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal dislike of texture, color, or aroma, as these may naturally vary from batch to batch.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Reporting an Issue

Any issue with your order must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order number) and clear photos/videos of the defective or damaged product for verification.
3. Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue either:

A replacement shipment of the product, or
-
A partial or full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items

partially used products.

Bulk export orders already cleared through customs (unless quality issues are confirmed).

Products not purchased directly from African Pure Organics.
5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part (wrong item, defective, or damaged during shipping).

For international bulk orders, refunds and replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis, considering logistics and customs regulations.
6. Quality Assurance
All our products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. However, as a natural product, variations in texture, color, and aroma are normal and not considered defects.
